|Michael Winton Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Michael is a marine ecologist with over two decades of experience working in coastal restoration, habitat mapping, and community engagement. Before joining ACCA, he led large-scale conservation programs across the Pacific and was a senior advisor for Australia's Coastal Resilience Network. As CEO, Michael is responsible for the strategic vision, leadership, and growth of the organization.

A passionate environmental educator and curriculum designer, Nina has spent her career bringing ocean literacy to classrooms and communities. At ACCA, she leads the development of national learning programs, youth engagement strategies, and school partnerships. Nina is the architect of our highly successful Coastal Classrooms initiative.

| Claire Brady Director of Operations
Claire oversees ACCA’s internal systems, logistics, impact reporting, and grant compliance. With a background in nonprofit operations and environmental program evaluation, she ensures that ACCA’s projects are efficient, scalable, and mission-aligned. Claire also manages our national impact dashboard and volunteer performance metrics.

|Tom Delgado Director of Policy & Advocacy
Tom is an environmental policy strategist with experience in both state government and international environmental law. He has worked on major campaigns for marine protected areas, sustainable fisheries, and coastal land-use planning. At ACCA, Tom leads our government relations, legislative campaigns, and policy research initiatives.
